What I think is that after the judge's brother was kicked out of the imperial family he must have met Aria's mother and then I guess she got prego with Aria.. Well that's what I think
I think that the blond haired guy who was kicked out of the imperial family might have been Aria's father since both the judge and Asher told her that they had a striking resemblance so there might be a chance that he is indeed Aria's biological father
