Well, since what they had was a contract relationship i dont think she will think much of it specially since she doesnt have any feelings,, and they did had a "clean breakup" so theres nothing wrong with introducing business ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
In the beginning, i was shocked that she did not thought of asking the ML to invest in her business, most of the time thats how it goes in this type of stories seema lile they went for a different route
