No. I wish I had stopped at 20 because the rape trope came in hard at like chapter 38 but now I'm invested so I just want to finish. There are lots of unmarked spoilers in the comments on the baby and the plot so if you do read, ignore comments until you are caught up.

Imo yes and no. If you want sth nice to read with non toxic main characters and healthy relationship - stay away. If you're ready for a rollercoaster of "aww"s and "wth you idiot" / "i want to kill him" and you are willing to bare through toxic idiocy - go ahead (⌒▽⌒) (⌒▽⌒)
