No they did not. This person stole the work. I for one have reported them. I don't know why people do this. They have no respect for other uploaders.
did the previous uploader dropped this manhwa? Sure the translation from this uploader is not bad too but if the previous one haven't dropped this yet, maybe you should consider not uploading anymore :/
I am afraid if the previous uploader would be annoyed yk? they always worked hard translating this manhwa this far. Just saying
