ROUROU is biologically FENG FENG'S SON.
BIG HEAD is biologically YIYI'S SON.
Feng feng swapped sperm juice with Yiyi, so Yiyi had Rourou. Years later, Fengfeng's aunt stole the swaped jizz milk from fengfeng's nectar bank, thinking that it was fengfeng's eggplant purée and made a kid out of it.
Ps: yiyi and fengfeng know nothing of the bighead making plan.
