Yep depends on author...in other works i see omega x omega can also give birth...and also male alpha x male alpha...so... depends on the author

It depends on the author. For example in Tadaema Okaeri, there is a character who was in a Male/Female relationship and they were both Omegas, and they had a baby.

There is also alot of stories that mentioned powerful "Alpha Only" families, so i believe those have Male/Female Alpha couples.
