When she grows up well- when both of them grow up (The twins) he becomes a swordsman and she becomes a powerful magician though at one point in time she faces danger and could lose her powers. So, her brother sacrifices I think something and he left with his only talent being swordsmanship. While she gets to be happy keep her magic and live a good life. Basically it’s pretty much just like how every sibling dynamic in Isakai’s would go where one of the siblings is obviously more important than the other and the other gets tossed aside.
