Solid 8, art is amazing, story's a tad slow but otherwise awesome
characters and story are good, but if you wanna read for the romance this has to be one of the slowest slow burns i’ve ever read, not rlly in an annoying way tho which is why i’m still reading :)
I'd give it a 6...the ML and FL don't really feel suited for anything other than friends in my humble opinion...
Story and plot are initially great. A woman going against gender stereotypes and being truly strong, courageous, and loyal knight.
Then, it goes to shit (although the real shitty part hasn't happened yet in the manhua).

The emperor she serves marries 3 wives which is fine if the story wasn't going in the direction of making him the ML who ends up with the MC. Just to be clear, if he wasn't the ML, this would be fine. The emperor marries those women and then the author wants to, all of a sudden shove romance in the mix and mess this up. I think one wife dies, another leaves and the other one is a traitor or something like that. The MC and ML sleep together when drunk and she gets pregnant (I think they were drunk if I remember correctly), MC up and leaves and then finally they reunite.
In thr manhua so far, MC and ML haven't slept together yet
yea i’d agree w that rating, it had a strong start but once the author roped in romance between the mc and emperor it kinda started going downhill from there..
I'd give it a 7, the art and plot in general are good, there's a bit of character development and it has consistency in terms of the time and space the story takes place... but the romance is not well balanced and I find some character pretty annoying
It’s a slow burn, not really romance. First half is like adventure. Second half is more woman empowering than anything. Like sir Paul become so successful as the first woman knight. & then she slowly influenced the wife’s to become strong to in their own way. Spoiler: especially with the blond one
An 8 is appropriate for this story's rating imo. The plot is really good, top tier in fact. The MC is mainly a badass, both in character and in capabilities. There's a reasonable consistency of the little self-worth she has, that plays a major role in the story.
Speaking of consistent, since the story's setting is in the middle ages, misogyny and bias against women is also a main theme. It's pretty well built into the story though, imo. It's somewhat realistic of what you'd expect in the mentioned setting.
How is this? 10 being the best and -0 being the worst.
