I’m pretty sure it’s been a year or 2 since he got out of jail and even if they do realize he’s a psychopath after he did his time they have to let him out, he just won’t be able to get early release
A year or two??? He spent 10 yrs in jail, and in all that time no one could see he’s mentally ill?? I’m surprised he didn’t get more jail time—attempted murder, rape, those were his charges
Idk what you mean but there're a lots of psychotic serial killers ended in jail until they got death sentences. Idk if psycho person can even be treated man... I think ppl in jail wouldn't catched up that he is crazy because he literally good in hiding his real intention and being modest. It probably the trauma he got since his childhood. His abusive father only beat up him when he being a "bad kid" ig that's why he is so good at hiding his psychotic behaviour while in jail.
No they won't, there's this thing called mental jails, he'll have to stay there forever or be treated
But like hiding it for 10 years is a bit long, especially with an actual therapist, also psychotic behaviours can be treated, he will just learn how to empathize with people, it takes time, but he would've been much better at a mental jail

It's very weird that he just came out of jail, it's such a rare chance for a psycopath/sociopath not to be caught while in jail, no one realized ? Not even the jail therapist ? I mean yeah the plot and all but goddamn he doesn't even try to hide it ! I feel like with these stories it's better to do some research, a more proper story would be him running out of jail
