No, she read it all in a novel, so she was definitely isekai'd
Sometimes an isekai'd person finds out they were originally from that novel's world in the first place, and thus weren't really "idekai'd" but just returned to where they belonged, since they had only got sent to "the real world" (where their story only exists as a novel) by some kind of accident, or mistake.
