I don't like him at all. To be honest i find him fucking annoying. He's toying and he's taking advantage of her instead of asking for answers from his sister and father who allowed her to stay in his house in the first place. And what's with forcing her to pretend she's his girlfriend? I don't find blackmail cute. Also, is it legal to burn someone else's stuff? Like wtf? It's not her fault that HIS sister and HIS father never explained anything to her and let her stay. She had permission, she didn't just stay there. I would sue him for blackmail and for threats of destroying someone else's property.
