There is a lot of you guys who dont understand science. I mean it really isnt hard to understand sperm and egg donation to conceive a child. The hardest part is to grow the baby since science is still working on developing artificial wombs so the next best is to use a surrogate. This is a woman who receives the fertilised egg and carries the baby to term.

Yes the sperm comes from yi. No the aunt has nohing to do with the baby. She did not donate an egg. She stole the already fertilised egg and got a surrogate to carry the child.
