okay spoiler for the business part:
Jiwoon is overprotecting Suha from the red head I believe. Jiwoon stated in the raws he does not give a fuck about the company, so I’m assuming he’s doing it for Suha and his safety because of what happened recently with the red head (the red head drugged Jiwoon, had two men nearly rape Jiwoon, forced Suha, etc).
He also stated he wants to keep the one he loves the most in his life safe, which then the scene shows an illustration of him and Suha together so that’s why I assume he’s doing it for Suha.
Red head is involved in embezzlement crime in the company I think and he’s trying to take over the company by illegal methods probably, and Jiwoon is using that to his advantage and gather evidences with Manager Choi from Secretary Yoon (Yoon works with the red head and I don’t think Yoon knows how bad the red head, his boss, is).
Suha knew Jiwoon was hiding something from him, he later found out about the company issue and wanted to help Jiwoon but Jiwoon denied because he was afraid Suha May be involved and most likely leave him.
He’s protecting Suha even though the way of his protection isn’t good, it’s a bit better than letting him go to work where the rapist mtf red tampon head is, the red head is looking for Suha. Who knows what the red head can do again to Suha.

thanks! i really hope that red tampon be goin to jail and leave our babies alone. and i hope by then jiwoon could cure his insecurities/possessiveness (or maybe meet his parents where they apologize for leaving him)
