Someone told me the MC is raped continuously only by MC’s ex(?), but I’m wondering how MC is raped if MC is held captive by ML?

TH i type a long long reply here then suddenly im in a homepage wahh idk im angry now,but yeah ur right the mc is captive by the ml cause the mc hurt the ml feelings and the ml really love the mc so he do all he can to get revenge for mc and then he was captive and locked in a basement and raped continiously,not knowing the mc really developed a feelings to him way back when the ml thought the mc played his feelings(way back in their highschool theyre dating)oh also the mc forgot about ml so he was confused but somehow remember it again in just few chapter(thats all i know,i read this when its still ongoing and kinda read the ending when i saw it now completed haha)(sorry for replying even im not the one who u asked)
