because it takes time to scan, clean, translate, typeset, and all other things the scanlators have to do in order to make the manga readable. also, the scanlators do this in their free time for free so it usually takes some time for new updates.
there's 15 volumes out in japanese so why is there only six here ? (no offense to anyone im just wondering)
