Who is Professor park again and what did he do

professor park is hajun’s father who is believed to have a set of blueprints in his possession that vulture (sihyeon’s previous company where he worked as undercover agent) originally intended to secure — the blueprints contained the making of a new weapon to be sold to terrorists. the last time we saw professor park was on the back of uno’s motorcycle with an arm injury (the bandages on his arm in the recent chapter proves this, which most likely means not a lot of time has passed between chapter 62 and 63).
