NO, the 3rd Wing is NOT Tenua. Tenua is a Fake Wing belonging to the Saintess and a complete psychopath.
The 3rd Wing is Banessa (the redhead in the ML's delegation, the one with a temper).
The 4th Wing is named Callisto, and as stated, he was the Saintess' 1st Wing. He's the prince of the Holy Empire, but he's currently out of the country.
I haven't read spoilers about Wings 5-8, but Leticia's final Wing (the 9th) is Julius, who gets brought back to life.
