tbh the romance seems kinda forced but not at the same time cause he can basically live forever since he's basically semi-immortal (i say semi-immortal cause its not really confirmed whether he is or not) and he can go on without a lover throughout his whole life but then seeing sansui in a relationship would actually be quite interesting because of his mindset and attitude and stuff
