Umm can someone please explain what the hell just they said I mean what does embryo means?

The embryo is the earliest development stage of a baby. You call them 'embryo' since they are eighth weeks away from being a fetus.

A fertilized egg, yet to become a zygote, not a living being just yet. Its basically just a cell with 2 chromosomes.

An embryo is a fertilized egg so basically the very beginning of a fetus they were doing in virto fertilization basically they took yi yun and fengs sperm and a donor egg and created the first stage of a fetus after they implant the egg into a surrogate basically a woman who carries the child thats how rourou was born but there's still the embryo made from yiyuns sperm they don't know yet but fengs aunt stole the embryo and is inadvertently "mother" to yi yuns kid (not actually any of her DNA though just a random egg donor)
