I think boss Lee keeps taking out the seme cause he wants the seme and uke to break up. The uke used to be a player im guessing and he doesn't want to see his good friend be with someone that had such a past??? Hopefully more is revealed later but that's what I got from those panels.

well seme is top and uke is bottom...we called them as seme and uke other than top and bottom
