Personally, I think they can transform back and forth without any problems, but they prefer not to. And Vivi has a hard time transforming to human, something about her pheromones arent balanced

can they transform back to animals once they've become human? because rn Vivi seems to be the only one able to go back and forth between the two forms... like why call them shifters if once they become human they cant go back to the animal form
