Idk but the lesbians are such bitches and disrespectful for being insensitive towards cole like approaching someone, a taken man at that and you know they can't even have a child and you choose him just because you decided you want him cause of his looks and you even say no pressure, but deliberately saying it would be a bummer if they would reject. They even joked on a serious matter saying they would get Alex on the next times. I just wanna know if cole wanted an egg from them too and surrogate cole and alex's child would they comply swiftly? Alex on the other hand the ignorant one wants to be involved with the child it will definitely bring rift towards his relationship between cole in the future when it is clearly affecting their relatonship right now imagine when the kid grows up and Alex would attend all occasions related to the kid that would make Alex being in a more strong connection between the lesbian couple and their kid than cole, but I guess Cole's opinion in all these doesn't matter for both Alex and the couple because they're so sure it would proceed according to what they want they even joke about doing it again next time.
