it was a shounen ai i guess. it was about a guy suiciding by jumping off a building and another guy getting into a car crash , so the car crash guy ends up in the suicide guy's body while his own body is in coma . and gets to know that the suicide guy was bullied in his school. so he stands up for himself as he is in the suicide guy's body. and he also meets one of his childhood friends there who doesnt recognize him and first and is rude to him.
