I think it's because he's traumatize and lead to some serious mental health problem. He might have stop taking his medecines cause he thinks he's okay now and maybe he's too tired of taking medication. I mean some people stops taking medication cause they're so sick and tired of taking them.
I would like to think like that but theres this possibility: his mother knows he is gay so maybe the parents think its a mental illness so force the black haired guy to take pills. I hope no but who knows
Does the author ever mention what condition the glasses MC is suffering from? Like, why does he need those meds? His mom kinda forces them on him, but he obviously doesn't wanna take them.
