I swear I've forgotten what this manga was about and mistook this for another manga where it's set in an ABO universe...and I assumed our uke was pregnant when he started coughing and puking in the toilet and then. I was like. WAIT. That's not it. That's another story. That's about revenge cuz he low-key didn't know the man he wanted to kill was actually in love with his mother(omega) and that he died in the most horrible way possible.
