well i don't know apart from his dream in the early chapter but since the dream happened i think it would make more sense if Cedric's memories are also returning (=・ω・=)
because he said "before and even now" his feelings have always been the same.
*Spoiler Alert* Sorry to ruin the fun but there are still no indications that Cedric has gain his memory. If we follow the story for now, the only ones that have regain their memories are the people who died in the past. So Cedric cannot have regain his past memory. And most of all, the novel has not mention anything about Cedric regaining his momery but that is for now. Let us wait for the story to be untold (=・ω・=)
