Yeah. The doctor say louis's other diseases like stress etc(i don't remember) but the doctor didn't say that louis is pregnant. And when the crown prince ask him 'is that all?' than the doctor say 'yes'. So the doctor lied to him (the crown prince)


Sorry if I say it wrong but thr plot almost like this. I don't know ehat chapter is it but yeah the conclusion is what he say to the butler 'he lie to me' probably the doctor lied to the crown prince.
