Alright, first of all, don’t compare a websites legality to minors fucking each-other. Yes, minors DO have sex, and that can be legal, but DEPICTING minors having sex inside of a manga or whatever it is counts as child pornography - a 15/16 year old shouldn’t be shown having sex in any context. It does not matter if you lost your virginity at 15 as another commenter said, or if other people have lost theirs at 13/14 that DOESN’T MAKE IT OKAY to show minors having sex. The whole point of the person who made the original comment was to say they were 2 minors being depicted having sex & it being distributed, NOT that minors can’t have (consenting) sex. As I said before, who are you to tell someone if they should or shouldn’t be on a website? They can do whatever they want, and if they’re bothered by the fact that there were minors having sex inside of a book, they are allowed to express that. You’re blowing it way out of proportion, this manga isn’t okay point-blank-period. Fiction reflects reality.
If fiction reflects reality the way you're saying it does then no form of media should be allowed to express violence, murder, domestic abuse, etc. Because none of those are okay or morally acceptable either. Except it IS acceptable to portray those in media because at the end of the day it's inconsequential because it's FICTION, no one is actually getting hurt, killed, abused, and no real minor is getting exploited.
