Just like I previously mentioned. Duchess Sophie, his mother doted on Jonas more than Rudiger. That is why he's incapable of realizing the true meaning of his emotions. In short, lack of affection so that's why he's so weird around the MC. Since he can't properly display the right kind of emotions. He genuinely likes her at the beginning but does not realize it until later when Judith our MC will help him.

First, please re-read my statements ! I did not state anything that Jonas was a legitimate son of the current Duke of Winterwald. He is in fact, adopted. Jonas’ father is unknown and Jonas is a result of a one-night-stand. The current Duke of Winterwald did kill Jonas because killing the Duchess was one of the reasons.

Judith and her sister, Larisa ( also the wife of Jonas ) are blood related siblings! The only incestuous relationship that is present in this manhwa is Jonas and Larisa since they are blood related cousins. Both of which have royal blood.
