Well i mean i guess shes still young only 18 and has just come out from a very traumatic houshold even on her past life. Shes probably scared to that she might turn like her mother or her baby turn like lawrence. And also dont forget that they are still on succession wars it might not be good for the baby.(i havent read any raws /novel just my opinion and guess
