How cute is it, to stay with your crush when all the world is frozen in time? Like, super cute, I guess. Reminds me of the story "Vacation" by Bradbury, would have been nice if there was a more thoughtful plot e.g. as the only survivors, after many years of wandering around the world, they are forced to work together and she understands that she does not really fancy him. Then everything turns back to real life and she sees another guy and the same thought, "I wish I was the only person alive with him" runs through her mind, and a continuous loop follows.
