It isn't XD. I guess if you don't rlly want it spicy, you can add more water. But I think, it's gonna taste bland tho.

honestly don't trust anyone that says (a specific) ramyun isn't spicy. imo all kinds of ramyun/ramen are spicy, they never failed to make me cry lmao
