Ok so all I remember is: It's a BL (ig) (A) has a heart condition (B) promises to wait for him till the operation is done... One of them (ig A) was not that talkative at first and (B) had only come there for a few days.... (B) could not stay still (A)'s operation was done but while going back he gives the nurse a thing to give to (A).....
