the mom is haeboms legal guardian. "Legal guardians have custody of the children and the authority to make decisions concerning the protection, education, care, discipline, etc." but I personally don't think its incest bc they lived together but arent siblings.
That makes sense, Haebom just lived with them but never really got adopted into the fam, still confusing where the whole “incest” thing came from tho since they’re not really siblings

So i read a few chaps and it just says they’re basically childhood friends who live in the same house bc of reasons, and someone’s saying this is incest, even tho the mom never adopted him—-
