I think he just wants to find a place where he can treat patients without having to think about wether his superior's pride could get hurt... I mean it does make sense because he just tries to save lifes, but the way he always ignores his superiors is kinda bad (and unrealistic, I mean where do you find so many assholes and they are all trying to hold him back?)

Why does it feel like he runs away whenever things gets hard. He took the blame for his friend when there was a problem and moved onto a different hospital, then when his superior became spiteful he went to the battle field and when THAT superior became biased he went to a SECLUDED battlefield. It’s like our MC has no social skills whatsoever. I get that he just wants to save as many patients as possible, but then isn’t leaving without correcting the superior’s behaviours or at least REPORTING them for malpractise (like what he should’ve done instead of ALL THE TIMES HE MOVED AWAY ESPECIALLY WITH HIS FRIEND LIKE BRUH THIS ONE IS THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE AND DUMBEST MOVE CUZ HE TOOK THE BLAME FOR LITERALLY NOTHING) suuuper counterproductive??? It’s not like he’s a wimp, considering he’s able to stand up to them, but suddenly when he’s scared of revealing other people’s incompetence?? I have no idea how he processes what’s right and wrong. THE SUPERIOR FOR THE LAST ONE EVEN LITERALLY GOT CAUGHT REDHANDED BEING BIASED SO U HAD NO NEED TO WORRY THAT THEY WON’T BELIEVE YOU???
