take some rest and watch funny/relaxing videos (any video that you'll enjoy really). also, please don't hold your emotions back if you want to cry just cry, if you want to scream heck scream its alright. as long as you take care of yourself and hydrate yourself as you do that. everything will be alright, sending you virtual hugs (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

My advice is to spend time with other people like your best friends or close family. In my case, every time I had a mental breakdown, I would be overwhelmed with my own emotions and thoughts when being alone. So find someone to talk to, maybe ask for their advice or do something fun together and you'll get over this soon <3
