I am assuming that the Crown Prince may be the crazy mage. Since mages can change hair colors, like Rosalind, I’m guessing the Crown prince might be a powerful mage which relies on drinking blood? Since his power was only detected by the dragon he must be pretty strong. Just a guess though~
