SO I have a major problem with the age gap ONLY because she is a minor. Like she isn't a grown person yet. SHE IS 17!!! Even if she was 18, I still feel uncomfortable with it because he is 29. Like I am cool with adults having large age gaps but things change when you are with a young person. I get the FL is written to be mature for her age but the mangaka could have easily made her a college student or a young adult (22-24). It seems like the only reason why she is written as a teenager is to repeatedly cause the same conflict (secret dates/not being able to tell anyone) which, I personally think, is lazy writing. I get this story is written to be a fluffy romance and the ML doesn't have any ulterior motives and is going about the relationship seriously but it doesn't change the fact she is too young for him at the moment. I want to love this story because I literally love everything else but the age gap, which is enough to get me to stop reading. Unfortunate.
