I know! I lmao because he told his men to subtly protect her without her knowing. Not only did they just full on go after the bandits, but then gave her family meat patties to eat. Hahaha, they think the emperor’s lost his mind so all they care about is making sure this woman is safe and cared for
I know. No one remembers her, but he does and that’s just awesome. Usually the emperor forgets her too, and she has to suffer and battle for his love again. So I am so happy with this plot.
