So I just binged read this through so I have several things to say.
1. For this kind of story it’s actually kinda good. ML is not a total idiot forcing himself on the MC
2. I really liked Mr. Gu. When he was first introduced I thought please not a second ML again who follows the MC although she is already married. But he didn’t and he did not take advantage of any misunderstandings. He even tried to stop MC from seeing her husband with the psycho. What a refreshing nice character who just is nice for the sake of being nice and not for some one-sided love. The investigation/news arc was pretty nice too.
3. Although all in all I liked the story there were some really stupid moments. The misunderstanding at the end was so unnecessary. Apart from the fact that „dating him“ as a cure is like pure bullshit and is only there to give some forced tension, why in earth wouldn’t he tell her. Like come on he has been such a good ML don’t leave the common sense now. That was just stupid.
4. The ending was a bit rushed. What happened to the psycho and the brother? Also fuck the brother. Jesus Christ what the heck is wrong with him. Don’t leave him with her.
5. The grammar was bad. It was good enough to understand everything and the pages were clean. But if you are triggered by bad grammar I do not recommend it. It is consistently bad throughout the story.
Overall enjoyable if you do not look for quality content and are just here to get through the day
