I have a couple of lawyers among my friends and they've too often seen the inheritance of a deceased person go to an estranged cousin rather than their lover of 10+ years. You could prepare a will, but many people unexpectedly die early. So either make a notified will early on, or at least get a marriage certificate.
Aghh!! Marriage only exist on papers and documents, thats why i dont think getting married to the person you loved can hundred percently sure secure the relationship of both parties. Dahh!!! Marriage never even exists in the first place....So what the use of marriage and remarriage if in the end youll both lose each other... Marriage is just a pain in the ass.... As long as you have love, evrything can be good
