Im not really sure but im pretty sure the uke rolr his arm or maybe leg. The seme was the manipulative one and also rich (after all his family manages the hospital uke is staying at) seme is pretending to be injured too so he can stay with uke forever yikes. Its psychological where this boy is in the hospital with this other boy he knows in school . Long story short they fell in love then PLOT TWIST the other boy actually made the other boy injured intentionally (by making his cat cross the street while homeboy was biking thus crashing), bcuz his family owns the hospital so he can keep the original boy "his" forever. Kinda fucked up but wanna read again.
