Can somebody tell me how to delete previous uploads, if its not urs?

I don't think they can be delete but someone did delete previous chp of webtoon I m uploading I don't know how !

The comic is literally free on webtoon and t*pas yet ppl have the nerve to upload it here. Also the author has commented to stop this. They even told they may drop the series

You can mention that the webtoon can be read for free on t#pas. Actually, MGo discourages uploaders to upload webtoons that can be read for free on their original platforms.
