Candy knew his name and childhood, him forgetting a specific part of his childhood memory is just normal. Once they find out that they used to be friends, all of their memories will come flooding back naturally.

I think candy knows his real name back then and he changed his name because when the women ask he said no but then he said in his mind "the women lives in here for so long" implying the women lives there too long to remember candy and i think candy doesnt or does remember the accident when he was a kid but he doesnt remember hajun's face when they were kids （￣へ￣）
