    Yes

Yes but you should know that the later later chapters it will become kind of you will lose a little bit of interest it will become more like something that you’re happy that it updates but you’ll only read it once in a while when you’re bored it has lost a little bit of momentum but you will never like quit it so it’s good really good

i wouldn't call it a feminist masterpiece but it is an inspiring feminist grand work with heart and soul.

YES one of my favorites!!! The romance hasn’t started fr yet but there’s no need right now. I love the flow and the pacing and the writing itself oooo its so worth it

Thank you guys so much for the information I really appreciate the reason why I said if it was worth reading because i was reading the first chapter of Ebony and the protagonist seemed naive weak and timid and I'm more into strong and power protagonist's and I didn't know what to do about it so I just left it I'm really happy many people answered I will read it if I have time (=・ω・=)

Agree with you because she does get so much help while the whole factors that you could kind of do it by yourself but this just shows a different type of like strong female lead the same time understanding her limitations know I’m getting kind of annoyed that she just keeps getting help from everybody else like a little bit more independence would be preferable

Also for somebody that went to jail she’s a little bit too optimistic

I don't think she gets too much help tbh, it's the amount of help that a scared, young girl would need to become who she is now both mentally and financially in such a society without becoming overly cynical and distrusting. It's also the amount of help she'd require mentally and physically in order to help bring about sweeping societal change in such a short amount of time.
The only thing holding it back from being a feminist masterpiece is that people like the Duke, who are not only kind generous smart takes initiative knows how to deal respectfully with people puts himself in others' shoes etc. but ALSO in a position with enough power to carry out such actions, are literally one in a million, literally not something an average person can emulate. Ebony didn't necessarily /need/ such a perfect hero to get her state of mind to where she is now, but the author certainly provided her with one.
But then again, in order to help bring about sweeping societal change in such a short amount of time, you see in history that we often need such pivotal "hero" figures like the Duke to direct/centralize/strategize/organize such swift social change (ex. Martin Luther King and the SCLC), as well as Ebony to be the PR face of said movement (ex. Rosa Parks).

It isn’t exactly the help it’s more that I wish she was a little bit more pessimistic more Jaggie about experiences yes she should understand to be helpful but then with the amount of help you gotten you still would learn from what you went through to judge the things in multiple ways and even the worst case scenario because it might not be the healthiest but if you can ration it out properly it actually works in your favor and it doesn’t hurt you in anyway So that’s what I meant I’m also meant I wish she was a little bit more pessimistic I didn’t read all that you wrote my dyslexia is acting up really bad in for some reason everything kind of looks weird right now I know that I’m not spacing out what I’m saying either or proper punctuation or anything but I’m doing speech to text because I’m having a weird hard time right now I’m so sorry but I do understand where you’re coming from as well I’m not saying that she like that lacking I’m just saying that I wish there was that way For more but nothing can ever be perfect you know so I get it

Oh ok Though I do think it actually is nice because some other books the main lead female ones don’t usually need some help when they actually shut the only difference is that this one takes a little too much it’s not exactly too much is more the way she does it but I do love oh yeah and I do agree with you the other woman being really kind to her and kissing her stuff in the prison probably was why she’s the way she is though sweetheart
