He doesn't want Jooin to be happy, he wants him to suffer because Jooin doesn't remember their past. Seeing Jooin happy with Cain makes him mad because if he can't have Jooin, no one else can. Even though he has no intention of loving Jooin, he wants to be possessive and bind him to him just for the sake of it.
