Yes, it's already licensed in english so I would understand why they wouldn't translate it that fast, I personally bought all volumes and am waiting for the next release

Because I live in europe the only site I could buy it from that wasn't extremely expensive was Bookdepository which ships internationally for free. You could also buy it on Amazon.
