So, Song Yan is ML and Xia Lin is our MC of this story. They are in relationship at the starting point of the story(not so good relationship), and the story starts from MC discovering that he has tumour of last stage and he has left little time to live.
Right at this point ML will meet him and start blaming him for "lying" that ML's ex lover was actually alive in order to "deceive " him . So they broke up, and MC will not have a chance to tell ML about his health condition and rather thinks that it is better to leave ML like this rather than make him suffer.

ML meets with his ex lover and discovers that he mistook the situation and falsely blamed MC and broke up in verge of emotions, and tada, in addition he discovers MCs health condition, but MC is gone missing at that time.

The story is actually very dynamic, later it will show how ML went through hardships to earn MC's affection back. Their family background, especially ML's family makes it hard for ML throughout the story development. Cause ML is only heir of rich family that owns conglomerate companies. In addition stubborn MC that decides to not let ML into his heart anymore. So ML suffers a lot (￣∇￣"). Sorry can't spoil too much.
