Just let Yoon be happy. He's gone through so much emotional pain after having woken up from a coma that no one should go through. The ex needs to leave him alone as he's already caused Yoon enough harm, seeing as he chose to be a dick when Yoon was confused and emotionally vulnerable. He made his decision, he's just jealous that the main character seems happy without him. Jealousy is a sucky emotion to feel, but the ex let Yoon feel that way with no regard for his feelings. So why should Yoon stay stuck on someone that made it clear they didn't love him anymore? Honestly this ex just makes me angry. I don't know if the author is trying to make us feel bad for the ex but it clearly isn't working lol.
