Btw I have a feeling that maybe there was no 'time manipulator' at all. My guess is that there are people gifted with random power (which is up to them how they use it, and the villain here has telekinesis but he uses it to kill people) as long as their action does not interfere with life and death. So if someone kill or heal, time loops back. Dunno. Just my guess.
